Meghan has worked in Veterinary medicine for almost 4 years. She started as a client coordinator at a general practice hospital and since then has then moved up to assistant and then technician. Meghan works full time at Prism Integrative vet health and part time as a surgery tech at the general hospital. She has her certification in basic life support and is working on being certified in advanced life support for CPR. Meghan knew she wanted to be in the vet med field when she got her first pet bunny at age 4. In high school she started volunteering at an animal shelter and a wildlife rescue. At home Meghan has 3 dogs (Eggs, Duck and Goose) and 2 rabbits (Pumpkin and Squash). She became interested in integrative medicine when her dog, Goose, had a back injury and needed acupuncture. She is looking forward to growing and learning more about integrative medicine at Prism.
